Marco Spier is one of the original five who opened the doors to Psyop in 2000, and he’s been reshaping the language of visual storytelling ever since. From directing Adidas’ “Together” and helping reboot Sesame Street, to co-founding Parley for the Oceans, Marco blends heart, craft, and deep love for innovation in everything he touches. His clients include Microsoft, Apple, Facebook and IBM.
Equally drawn to artistry and emerging tech, Marco is endlessly curious about the future of where storytelling and AI collide.
He’s part designer, part big-picture thinker, and part conductor of beautiful chaos. Whether it’s a barefoot dance with his daughter in a South African garden or the quiet ritual of watching the sun rise, Marco looks for the fleeting, perfect moment. He didn’t just help build Psyop, he built a place where storytelling still believes in innovation and soul.
