Oliver Latta (Extraweg) is a two-time Primetime Emmy®-winning artist and director known for his surreal, emotionally driven 3D animation and visual storytelling. Based in Berlin, he crafts striking imagery that translates complex internal states into clear, visually compelling ideas that balance minimal compositions with hyper-real detail.

With a strong background in design, Oliver’s work bridges art and narrative, creating imagery that is intentional and striking. After founding Extraweg to explore the intersection of art and storytelling, his personal experiments reached millions and led to collaborations with Apple, The Beatles, Gorillaz, Mick Jagger, Travis Scott, Valentino, and Vogue.

His title design work on Severance for Apple TV+ earned back-to-back Outstanding Main Title Design Emmys, a first in the category’s history. Today, he continues to push the boundaries of visual narrative, blending artistic expression with cultural resonance.
